아편 성분이 없는 개양귀비는 전쟁에서 사망한 동료를 기리기 위한 꽃이었다고 합니다. 그래서 이 꽃의 꽃말은 '위안'이라고 하네요. 이번 AJC 신곡 'Artistique'을 들으면서 사랑과 예술의 본질은 위안이라고 생각했어요. 이 생각이 너무 구시대 낭만주의자 같은 사고라고 반박하시는 사람이 있다면, 그분 말씀이 맞을 수 있습니다. 힘든 세상에 각자 자신만의 쉼터를 찾을 수 있길! - 커버 아티스트 신동철
